It is originally called Mouj-e Choute, Muje te Doon Chetin or Mujj Chatin in Kashmir.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 2 Raddish(grated)<br /><br />Ingredients for Dry Raddish Chutney:<br />- 1/2 tsp Kashmir Red Chilli Powder <br />- Salt<br />- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder<br /><br />Ingredients for Curd Raddish Chutney:<br />- 1 Green Chilli(chopped)<br />- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder<br />- Salt<br />- Walnuts(crushed)<br />- 4-5 tbsp Curd<br />- Coriander Leaves(chopped)<br /> <br />Method for Dry Raddish/Mooli Chutney:<br />1. Take grated radish and squeeze out all the excess water<br />2. Now, add Kashmiri red chilli powder over it, along with salt, cumin seed powder and mix it all together<br /> <br />Method for Curd Raddish/Mooli Chutney:<br />1.
